Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)
    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Address:
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Babydee is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Babydee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. Please contact your local carrier for assistance.

Return & Exchange Policy

All Sales Final (CDs):
Due to the nature of physical media, all CD sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on CDs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Apparel Returns (Shirts):
We accept returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed shirts within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
